Qualification
- BA Degree in Marketing, or related field from recolonized university
Experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all Marketing activity’s
- Achieve growth & sale targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Develop strategies & tactics to optimize the marketing & pricing policies
- Strong understanding of marketing principals & real-estate marketing dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales related legal documentation & property management
- Analytical skills to analyse market trends, conduct research & generate reports
- Familiarity with website management and promotional lading page design
Experience
- 6 years and above relevant work experience out of which 2 years as Managerial Level in Real-state sector
