Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as Share sales team leader and responsible for team supervisory role of teams of the capital increment and share administration.
- Assuring every share sales activity is in line with sharia principles.
- Identify approach and convince new potential shareholders to buy share of the bank from various source of leads throughout the country.
- Develop and maintain shareholders relationship.
- Initiate and facilitate existing shareholders engagement.
- Communicate with new and existing shareholders regarding the share issuance.
- Respond to any questions or concerns raised by shareholders.
- Providing information about the company, the purpose of the share issuance, and the terms of the share sale.
- Shall arrange strategy sanitization and awareness creation sessions on capital increment strategy as needed;
- Ensure the share issuance complies with all relevant securities regulations.
- Ensuring filing the necessary documents with regulatory agencies, obtaining any required approvals, and ensuring that all disclosures are accurate and complete.
- Follow up and support share sales performance and collection of share sales document of all branches,
- Make sure the proper implementation of capital Increment strategies in all branches
- Support branches in strengthening direct share sales activities of branches;
- Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual action plan;
- Oversee the share sales (capital Increment) performances of branches and give feedback and emplace follow up and support as it is required.

About You
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 4/6 years of banking/sales experience respectively of which 1 year as senior office/Customer Service Manager/Manager in capital increment and share administration area
