Overview

We’re seeking a competent Office Assistant to join our team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.

Job description

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches the right recipients promptly, organize paperwork, maintain filing systems, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies (e.g., stationery, printer cartridges) and reorder when necessary additionally, keep supply closets organized and stocked.
  • Greet guests, offer refreshments and direct them to the appropriate personnel, Handle inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages.
  • Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and send invitations.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Ensure common areas are tidy and presentable and Disburse small amounts of cash for office expenses.

About You

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Academic qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.

Experience:

  • 1+ Prior work as an office assistant or in a related field enhances your qualifications.
