Brief description
The Sales Executive is a key player to help accelerate our growth. You will act as the first contact and present EASE’s services to prospects. You will be responsible for strategically developing sales opportunities by identifying and educating prospective customers on our service offerings. You will partner very closely with the management and cross-functional teams to enhance new deal opportunities and accelerate our revenue and clientele growth. In addition, you will be tasked with performing the duties of an account executive in fostering relationships with gained clients.
Tasks
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of EASE’s service offerings.
- Prospect for new projects through cold calling, sales-outreach strategies, social network and other lead generation efforts as assigned; nurture those prospects as needed.
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects by educating them on EASE’s services and qualifying them as new sales leads.
- Conduct conversations with prospects by articulating EASE’s value proposition.
- Actively maintain a sales pipeline with documented activity in accordance with sales processes and methodologies.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities to accelerate our expansion.
- Convert generated leads to clients (close deals).
- Maintain outstanding customer service and perform sales activities accordingly.
- Work cross-functionally with our design, marketing, and operations teams – echoing the voice of the customer and providing constructive and actionable feedback.

- Compensation: Salary + Commissions (negotiable)
About You
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture and construction management, or related fields is desired, or, master’s degree in business administration and marketing, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, procurement, account management, marketing or other relevant experience (preferably in construction and real estate sector).
- Strong prospecting skills including cold calling, email, social media, outbound sales, etc.
- Track record of successfully achieving or overachieving goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: a clear, concise and compelling storyteller.
- Fearless and positive attitude – willing to take intelligent risks while being a team player and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Strong time management skills: ability to effectively, meet deadlines, work with others and follow through to execute all tasks.
- Self-starter – always looking for ways to do the job better and never waiting to be told what to do.
- Passion and desire to help customers to be more efficient using Post Tensioning Technology.
- Prior experience using CRM tools is desired but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Amharic.
- Flexibility – changing approach and methods to best fit any situation with a proactive outlook.
