Rubis Energy Ethiopia Ltd PLC (formerly Kobil Ethiopia Ltd PLC) wants to recruit for the following vacant position.

JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this job is to grow and exceed the sales volumes of various products for the Retail segments in line with the company strategies and goals.

MAJOR DUTIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE: –

  1. Meeting or exceeding sales goals (volumes, margins) within designated areas by assigning individual targets to accounts and tracking the performance.
  2. End to end tracking of retailers/dealer’s orders from receipt to delivery by close coordination with operations.
  3. Maintaining and managing credit in the assigned areas as per the company policy.
  4. Coordinating appropriate and timely response to customer complaints and concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  5. Creating brand awareness at the stations and customers of Rubis Products in the assigned areas.
  6. Generating Leads and tracking conversion to sales.
  7. Maintaining retail customers Records

Reports to: Retail and C & I Manager

Department: Marketing

About You

Job Requirement

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  2. Not exceeding 3 years’ experience in marketing or relevant experience
  3. A commitment to excellent customer service.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  6. A valid driving license is an added advantage

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Communication
