Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in digital and print design. They should be comfortable working on a range of projects, from social media graphics and website assets to brand development and marketing collateral. This role requires collaboration with the marketing and business development teams to produce visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and on-brand visuals for print and digital media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
- Work with copywriters and other team members to produce cohesive, effective designs.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality results are delivered within deadlines.
- Use typography, color, and layout techniques to enhance the visual impact of content.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain and organize design assets for easy accessibility by the team.

About You
Minimum Qualification and work experience:
- Degree, diploma or certificate in graphic designing or other related fields with 4 years of related experience.
- Applicants with knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing is advantageous
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Understanding of digital and print design requirements, including file preparation and resolution standards.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
