Job Overview: 

The Telemarketing Fronter will focus on identifying potential leads through outbound calls and transferring them to a closer for further action. This role is straightforward and requires basic communication skills, with no need for email correspondence or complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  •  Make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Transfer qualified leads to a closer for further handling.

Communication:

  •  Clearly and concisely explain the basic service offering to potential leads.
  • Build quick rapport with clients to smoothly transfer them to a closer.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Working hours: Pacific Standard Time

About You

Requirements:

Communication Skills:

  • Basic verbal communication skills with medium proficiency in English.
  • Confidence in speaking with potential clients over the phone.

Focus on Lead Transfer:

  •  Ability to quickly assess if a lead meets the criteria for transfer.
  • Comfort with making outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills:

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to stay focused on generating leads with minimal supervision.
  •  Efficiency: Comfortable with handling a high volume of calls and ensuring leads are transferred promptly.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability for on-call support or after-hours work as needed.
  • Because of working time in late hours those living in and around the Lebu area are most preferred.
  • Willingness to work during Ethiopian holidays as the candidates will only rest on holidays recognized in the USA.
