Overseeing the dispute resolution process, providing guidance and support to the team in resolving disputes effectively, building collaboration with FIs, banks, merchants, and cardholders, analyzing trends for process improvements, developing proactive dispute prevention strategies, updating policies to ensure compliance, handling complex cases efficiently, addressing late settlement issues for timely processing and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with regulations and industry standards.

About You

  • BA/MBA/MA in Accounting, Economics, Management or related fields of studies
  • 8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in senior officer positions.
  • Competence MS Office, Enterprise risk and ethical behavior
