- To provide professional front desk management
- To generate loyal customers
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
- Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
- Schedule and book appointments between doctors and patients.
- Liaise between technical staff with discretion and professionalism
- Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
- Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made timorously.
- Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
- Organizing and keeping none medical documents, writing letters as ordered by branch manager and preparing monthly report to branch manager
- Assisting cashier
- Maintain clean workspace
- Operate computer, cash register, printer and other electronics
- Ensures work relationships with all staffs
- Be honesty and professional at all time
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
About You
Recognized University or College Graduate for Management, Business Management Marketing Management and related field
Bachelor Degree holder 0 years and above
Diploma holder above 2 years work experience
