About the Job

At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc. is seeking a qualified Senior Sanitary Engineer with expertise in bid preparation to join our dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of technical and financial documents for consultancy service bids.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and data.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and review of bid requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all bid specifications and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to finalize bid documents.
  • Participate in bid presentations and negotiations as necessary.

About You

Requirements:

  • BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience specifically in Technical and Financial Document Preparation for Consultancy Service Bid.
  • Proven track record of successful bid submissions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
