Job Summary

The Receptionist at East African Holding S.C., headquartered around TorHayloch in the East African Real Estate Development Compound, is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors, employees, and clients. This role involves managing front-desk operations, supporting administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication within the organization

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including managing office supplies and visitor logs.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and booking conference rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Customer Service:

  • Address visitor and client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about the company, its services, and staff.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication.
  • Maintain and update internal directories and contact lists as needed.

Record Keeping:

  • Manage visitor records and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of office operations and supplies.

General Office Duties:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Support other administrative staff and departments as required

About You

Education:

  • BA Degree in Hotel Management, Secretarial since and other related fields

Experience:

  • Two Years Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
