About the Job

The Human Resources MANAGER will facilitate new hires for the company and manage current HR officers. This will include screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers. HR represents both the employee and the company. The Human Resources Officer will be organized, and perform administrative and strategic hiring duties. They also have the crucial task of complying with all state and federal regulations for HR. Managing departments: Leading and managing the heads of various departments, such as IT, legal, or HR

Improving processes: Identifying areas for improvement and outlining new policies

Reporting on performance: Providing reports on the company’s performance

Leading projects: Leading new company-wide projects

Supporting decision-making: Supporting strategic planning and decision-making

Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, laws, and regulations

Coordinating communication: Coordinating communication and information flow

About You

  • Proven work experience as HR MANAGER WITH +7 MANAGMENT EXP
  • BA degree and above from recognized university with in relate field.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as HRM
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
