Role Overview:

 

The Direct Sales Representative will focus on engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations at wholesale and support sales outlets. The role requires strong customer relationship skills and a keen ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Actively engage with customers at wholesale and support outlets to promote and sell products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and outlet targets.
  • Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with the team for timely replenishments.
  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Collect market insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and other relevant data.

About You

Qualifications:

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales representative or assistant.

 

Key Skills:

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with wholesale and support sales processes is a plus.
