Purpose of the Job:

 

Title: Sr. HR and Office Admin

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire top talents in alignment with company OKRs.
  • Lead the onboarding process for all new hires and ensure smooth integration.
  • Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, employee improvement plans, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
  • Enhance employee satisfaction by implementing engagement and training initiatives.
  • Oversee administrative functions, office management, and facility operations.
  • Prepare HR and admin-related reports for senior management.

About You

Education: BA degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management or related fields.

 

Experience: > 5 years of relevant experience

 

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrator or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using Microsoft office Applications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
