Haile-Manas Academy (HMA) is a purpose-built, newly constructed, co-educational, Grade 9-12, boarding school for students of exceptional promise recruited from across Ethiopia. HMA is on a well-equipped campus located near the town of Debre Birhan, Ethiopia.

Job description
Safely operating the schools’s vehicle to make deliveries and pickups. Following safety regulations and standards, driving safely and maintaining a clean and operational vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and professional transport of the school staffs and official guests, visitors
- Ensure vehicle is Health and Safety compliant
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles.
- Transport goods or passengers to specified locations on time.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations and company policies to guarantee safety on the road.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Load and unload materials as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including times, mileage, and destinations.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and Guests.
- Looking after the School vehicles, manage all the required supplies for the vehicle, car maintenance, cleaning and its regular service.(incl. maintenance of log books and fuel supplies)

About You
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with different types of vehicles (Vans and Coater bus is required).
- Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a driver.
