Shining Stone International Business plc. Sister company Vittorio chemical industries plc. is known to export coffee products to the international market. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Main Responsibility & Duties

A coffee export manager is responsible for selling coffee to international markets, and for managing the export process. They may also promote the company internationally and acquire new customers.

  • Identify Coffee markets and demands.
  • Plan and coordinate shipment of goods for export.
  • Bring a buyer or new customer to the company.
  • Preparing an export plan and implementing it.
  • Negotiate and finalize export agreements and contracts.
  • Ensure that LC terms are complied with and export proceeds are collected timely
  • Identifying, contacting, and establishing strong working relationships with buyers, suppliers, forwarders, transport companies, banks, and other involved parties.
  • Making sure that the company follows the relevant government rules and regulations in its activities.
  • Prepare submit and follow up necessary documents, forms, and letters related to the export process.
  • Promoting the company internationally and acquiring new customer/buyer to the company Selling export coffee to the international market by contacting buyers through email, phone, social media, and physically.
  • Checking whether terms and conditions specified in the sales contract.
  • Follow up the international market, predicting and managing it to exploit advantages and to reduce or avoid threats.
  • Report and deciding the purchase plan with the owner and communicating the purchase decision to the purchaser and ensuring coffee are purchased from ECX and/or non ECX market
  • Coaching the staff under the export department and controlling them.
  • Contact buyers to sell coffee, using email, phone, social media, and in person.
About You

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: – MBA/BA Degree in Marketing Management, International Business Management and logistics Other Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: – 8/10 years and above, from these at least 3/three/ years in Coffee Export leadership and management positions.

Technical Competency

  • Excellent knowledge of shipping documentation requirements and international trade regulations
  • Understanding of supply chain management and logistics
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • English Language Proficiency
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Track record in managing business organization preferably in Coffee export industry
