Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and enhance our HR department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s workforce, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing best practices in HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering effective communication.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation systems.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
- Provide expert guidance on contract negotiations and legal HR matters.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5-8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially in diverse work environments.
