About the Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee pharmaceutical business unites stock movement to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Receive and process purchase orders from retail outlets and Ahadu pharmaceutical wholesaler.
  • Analyze product movement using the ERP system and verify against actual stock on hand throughout the P.B.U.
  • Regularly update the selling prices of medicines in compliance with company Profit margin policies.
  • Minimalize and manage expired and damaged medicines.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Facilitate internal stock transfers and external purchases as needed.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking, understocking, and stockouts.
  • Distribute medicines across departments efficiently to maintain balanced inventory levels.
About You

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and computer skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
