Job Summary
Lalo Bake Business Unit is seeking a Junior Hotel Supervisor to oversee front office operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead hospitality teams, monitor daily performance metrics, and maintain service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front office operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Motivate and lead hospitality staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Track daily revenue, room occupancy, and restaurant food sales.
- Support the onboarding, training, and development of junior team members.
- Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
About You
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BA degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Front Office, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience in the hotel industry.
- Technical Skills: Practical familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), like Opera, and POS software.
- Languages: Native fluency in Amharic and good operational proficiency in written and spoken English.
