Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Ethiopia (CBCE) General Secretariat ECS is a non-profit making organization, which executes the mandate given to it by the Catholic Bishops Conference of Ethiopia in the field of pastoral, social work, human development, welfare, and relief works. It is the executive arm of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Ethiopia.
