Mathiwos Wondu-YeEthiopia Cancer Society (MWECS) is non-government and non-profit making organization dedicated to the national control of cancer. It is Ethiopian Resident Charity, has been working with national and international partners on NCD Control program in general & cancer in particular. The society has been collaboratively working with Federal Ministry of Health and partners on National Cancer Control. The society is supporting pediatric and women cancer patients who are under treatment at Black Lion Hospital. Thus, the society is intending to employ full time nurse to facilitate the implementation of cancer care and support projects at the Center and Black Lion Hospital.
