Opportunities Industrialization Centers Ethiopia (OICE) is a non-governmental, non-profit making organization established in 1973 with funding from USAID and technical support from OIC International. OICE was first established in 1973 as a vocational training institute to equip jobless youth and adults with market-oriented vocational skills to create job opportunities, but through time it has broadened its area of actions prompted by multifaceted challenges facing the country including HIV/AIDS and urban destitution. It also has been promoting the wellbeing of refugees residing in Ethiopia through vocational skill development.
