PROCS is an indigenous, non-governmental organization founded on March 10th 2001, by the good will of a self-motivated Ethiopian woman and other sympathizers.
As Arada and Gulele sub-city are areas where children living under destitute conditions, PROCS selected these areas as its target area and has so far been rendering the necessary service in the same.
