Skilled in operating Dynamic Compaction ， compliant with management; no adverse record.

1.Drive and operate the dynamic compactor, ensuring the equipment functions properly according to construction requirements.
2.Prepare the construction site according to the plan, ensuring the compaction area is safe, level, and meets construction standards.
3.Perform daily inspection, cleaning, refueling, and basic maintenance of the compactor; promptly identify and report equipment abnormalities.
4.Cooperate with construction teams to complete compaction work according to requirements, ensuring project progress and quality.
5.Comply with project management regulations and schedules; perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Technical secondary school or above; candidates with machinery operation experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience operating dynamic compactors or similar machinery; construction site experience preferred
• Follow safety procedures, with strong safety awareness and teamwork spirit
