Position: IT Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Addis Ababa

Position Summary

The IT Manager will lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations during the pre-opening phase and ongoing hotel-apartment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and servers
  • Oversee property management systems (PMS), POS systems, and hotel software
  • Ensure data security, backup, and cybersecurity compliance
  • Provide technical support to all departments
  • Coordinate with vendors for system implementation and maintenance
  • Lead IT setup during pre-opening phase
About You

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality IT systems is highly preferred

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity
  • Experience with hotel management systems
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Leadership and project management abilities
