Position: IT Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Addis Ababa
Position Summary
The IT Manager will lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations during the pre-opening phase and ongoing hotel-apartment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and servers
- Oversee property management systems (PMS), POS systems, and hotel software
- Ensure data security, backup, and cybersecurity compliance
- Provide technical support to all departments
- Coordinate with vendors for system implementation and maintenance
- Lead IT setup during pre-opening phase
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience in hotel or hospitality IT systems is highly preferred
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity
- Experience with hotel management systems
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and project management abilities
