Key Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
– Daily Workflow Management: Plan and assign daily tasks based on flight schedules and airline cut-offs. – Make sure bookings, documents, and customer updates are completed on time.
– Team Supervision & Coaching: Guide and support team members in their daily work. – Offer help, training, and regular feedback to improve performance.
– Quality Control: Check all air freight documents (MAWB/HAWB, Air Waybills) and system entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
– First-Line Escalation: Be the first contact when issues arise – such as flight delays, space problems, or customer concerns—and help solve them quickly.
Performance – Monitoring: Track team performance, including accuracy, cut-off compliance, and response time for resolving issues.
– Communication Liaison: Maintain clear communication with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
– Airline Relationship Management: Explore, build, and maintain strong working relationships with different airlines to secure space, solve issues faster, and improve overall service.
– Process Adherence: Ensure the team follows all air freight procedures, security rules, and company SOPs at all times.

Qualifications:

• – BA Dgree in Logistcics & Supply chain Management ,or related Field. –
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience –
• Good Knowledge of AIR logistics operations and documentation. Strong coordination, reporting and communication skills
