Job Summary:
As the Hotel Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hotel’s financial performance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the overall business objectives. You will work closely with the Finance Director and other department heads to optimize financial processes and contribute to the growth and profitability of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the hotel
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
- Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial controls.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Manage the finance team, providing guidance and training.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
