Key responsibility
- Apply the health and safety rules.
- Incoming barley sampling and preparation for further tests.
- Deculmed and before deculming malt sampling and preparation for further tests.
- Sampling of other non-routine samples as assigned by the function.
- Managing the retention, storage, and disposition of samples as per the company policy.
- Performing daily cleaning for lab rooms & equipment and maintain 5s in the lab.
- Perform a weekly survey for pest traps and report to the line manager.
- Execute any related tasks given by the immediate supervisor.

About You
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science and related field of study.
- One-year relevant experience in related Industry.
