Job Description
- Prepares and signs legal notice Form to be served on Defaulters
- Prepares statement of claim and defense
- Represent the bank in loan litigation’s in hearing and investing before courts of law in its defence of suit against third parties
- Prepares statement of appeal and opens the file at the appellate court if a decision can be appealed
- Institutes’ action for a bill of costs and execution

- LLB Degree
Experience
- 3 Years of relevant Experience.
