About You
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University, additionally successful completion of Technical/PSSR Trainings
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum12yearsrelevant work experience in heavy equipment, engine, vehicle or electric power generation sales/service out of shich 4 -6 years’ experience managerial level
Requirements & Duties
- experience with Heavy equipment, Agricultural Machinery & Light vehicle Industry sales, service …. Sector
- Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations & in interpersonal communication, leadership and motivational skills
- Good communication skill in spoken and written English; Ability to organize, direct, coordinate and supervise the overall operations of the Branch activities
- Ability to work under pressure
- experience in managing more than 20 employees under direct supervision
- experience in working with budget and experience in achieving budget forecast about 80% in previous experiences
- Working as a supervisor before being a manager.
- Working with any type of ERP Software in the previous company so as to be able to understand our intricated system easily.
- Working with the Construction industry before is preferable
- Analytical Decision making by own justification based on company policy
- Having Computer software Skills /able to sort some computer issue by own capacity
- Self-starter and management capabilities
- Ability to organize and to supervise sales and maintenance operations
- Ability to keep abreast with new development in the product lines of the Company
- Organize, direct, coordinate and supervise the overall operations of the Branch
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Prepare annual work plan based on the capacity of Machine & Spare Parts sales and after sales services
- Prepare and submit monthly performance and activity reports to RESCO’s Top Management as requested 2nd Grade Driving License
