About the Job

Job Summary

The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff performance at the assigned Angla Burger branch. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring adherence to company standards, and driving operational efficiency to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory, and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and food safety.

Staff Supervision

  • Manage and supervise branch staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
  • Lead by example to create a positive work environment and ensure team morale.
  • Address and resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly.

Customer Service

  • Ensure customers receive excellent service, resolving any complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Sales & Financial Performance

  • Monitor daily sales, control expenses, and contribute to achieving branch financial targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch performance.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and operational standards.

About You

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field .
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or fast-food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Work Conditions

  • Full-time position; require working on weekends and holidays.
  • Active, hands-on role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
