Main Responsibilities
Management of all marketing activities including creation and development of new brands, development of marketing launch/activation campaigns, development and execution of brand plans
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Identify relevant consumer insights and use them in the brand building activities
- Ensure that all brand activations are in line with channel segmentation and consumer and customer drivers
- Manage the brand within the opportunities and limitations of the category and its dynamics
- Effectively communicate portfolio strategy internally and externally
- Lead the development of a brand strategy with the relevant Board Committee
- Consistently track brand performance to propose improvements to strategy and plan
- Manage the brand’s full P&L as a business unit
- Effectively lead the innovation process on high complexity initiatives (ex: brand launches)
- Manage content creation and media placement agencies in the development of the business & brand building communications
- Lead the brand planning process and ensure all brand activities work together to deliver the brand objectives.
- Create organizational alignment and commitment to effectively roll out the planned activities through other functions (Sales & Trade Marketing).
Job Requirements
Required Education/Experience and Key Skills
- 7 years of experience in FMCG Marketing at a well-known corporation
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing.
- Brand development and brand Building process experience
- High creativity and innovative thinking
- Management and Supervision skills
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent Language and Computer skills
- Good presentation skills
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in teams and work under pressure
