Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand store and Marketing coordinator to oversee the operations and marketing strategies of our brand stores and dealer network across the country. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and business management and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand store Management:
- Monitor and manage the performance of brand stores nationwide.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and customer experience across all locations.
- Develop and implement operational standards and procedures for brand stores.
- Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular visits to brand stores to assess performance and compliance with company standards.
Dealer Management:
- Manage relationships with dealers across the country.
- Provide support and resources to dealers to enhance their sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement dealer-training programs.
- Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve dealer issues and concerns promptly.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote brand stores and dealer network.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising, to reach target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage budgets for brandstore and dealer operations.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management.
- Proven experience in managing multiple retail locations and dealer networks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Education Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
