About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BTL (Below the Line) Supervisor to join our team. The BTL Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all below-the-line marketing activities to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of BTL marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop BTL Marketing Strategies: Create and implement innovative BTL marketing strategies to effectively reach the target audience and achieve campaign objectives.

2. Campaign Management, Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of BTL marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and activations.

3. Lead and motivate a team of BTL, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful implementation of BTL activities.

4. Budget Management: Manage the BTL marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.

5. Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute BTL activities, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to prepare comprehensive reports for management review.

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or a related role.

Ensure that all BTL activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as brand standards, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.

– Proven experience in BTL marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.

– Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

– Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.

– In-depth knowledge of BTL marketing techniques, trends, and best practices.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and tactics.

– Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software is a plus.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

– Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach

 

Work closely with other departments, such as sales and creative teams, to align BTL activities with overall marketing and business objectives.
