Job Summary:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Getas Real Estate’s clients and prospects, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services and properties. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of call center agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about Getas Real Estate’s services, properties, and current offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines while maintaining a personalized approach.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations.
About You

Qualifications:

  • High school complete or equivalent; diploma or higher preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A strong customer-centric approach and a desire to help others.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
