Ramada by Wyndham Addis is excited to announce the opening of a new Mediterranean Restaurant and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team to be opened soon. Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Design and implement innovative menus that reflect the restaurant’s vision and the local culinary landscape.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Budget Management: Monitor food costs, manage inventory, and maintain budgetary targets without compromising quality.
- Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source the freshest and finest ingredients.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to gather feedback and tailor dining experiences to meet their expectations.

About You
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role.
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training: with competency certification level 4 or above
Skills:
- Expertise in various culinary techniques and cuisines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
Languages:
