Essential Function
- Assist in Collecting and checking in authenticating of collateral property documents.
- Assist in Observing and measuring, of collateral properties.
- Assist in collecting market price data (construction materials, location value, labor, etc.) to update estimation procedure.
- Performing other related duties as deemed necessary
Place of Work: Head Office
Job Requirements
Qualification
- BSc Degree in Construction Technology Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
Experience
- No prior Experience is required. (Only Graduates of the year 2021 & 2022) CGPA of Above 2.75
