Job Purpose: Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations, with proven experience in corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy.
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute correspondence (letters, memos, emails).
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing tasks.
  • Assist in data entry and document management.
  • Support other departments with routine administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with corporate standards.

Salary: By negotiation

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with corporate groups.
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
