Job Purpose: Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations, with proven experience in corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute correspondence (letters, memos, emails).
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing tasks.
- Assist in data entry and document management.
- Support other departments with routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with corporate standards.
Salary: By negotiation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with corporate groups.
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
