JOB OVERVIEW
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad marketing strategy, delivering the highest quality performances to support and maintain their success, with creativity in reaching out to the audience in the most effective manner. You will also take the lead in providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including online and offline marketing, brand management, market research, events management and so on.
In addition to this, you will be expected to be an expert providing key country customer insights and direction to establish marketing plans that support business growth.
JD, RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Developing a pricing strategy that maximize profits & market share but considers customer satisfaction.
- Identifying new customers.
- Supporting Marketing & Sales generation efforts.
- Creating effective promotion with teams.
- Understanding & developing budgets, including expenditures, research & development appropriations, and return-on-investment & profit-loss projections.
- Compiling lists describing our organization’s offerings.
- Developing & managing advertising campaigns.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows & major events.
- Building brand awareness & positioning.
- Evaluating & maintaining a marketing strategy.
- Directing, Planning & coordinating marketing efforts.
- Researching demand for the organization’s products & services.
- Evaluating Competitors.
- Handling social media, public relation efforts & content marketing.
- Develop the go-to-market marketing plans.
- Develop and secure approval for marketing plans and budgets.
- Direct cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies and define customer experience plans.
- Define marketing track reports.
- Perform marketing support activities as needed.
- Manage business relationships with advertising, direct marketing and/or marketing research vendors.
- Assists Marketing & Sales team.

- He/She will report to COO /Chief Operation Officer/
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION
- Education level: Minimum of a BA/MA in Marketing & Sales Management discipline from a reputable university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience for BA Degree or 2 years for MA in consumer marketing roles at supervisory or Leadership position.
- Experience in the technology industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytic skills
