About the Job
- Implement the organization’s compensation philosophy and strategy.
- Conduct market analysis to understand salary trends and competitive practices.
- Work on job grading, structures and review salary structures with respective responsible persons.
- Manage benefits programs, including enrollment and compliance.
- Work on performance-based compensation programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of salary structures and recommend adjustments.
About You
MBA/BA in Management, Business Administration or related fields. Minimum of 7/5 years of experience at least 2 years’ experience in the respective HR specialization.
