Job details:
Strategic leadership and planning
- Develop, Prepare, and implement the annual construction operation plan aligned with the company’s overall strategic plan
- Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of innovation construction technology and Modern building techniques
Construction Operation Oversight
- Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning to closure
- Ensure all project (residential and commercial) are delivered on time, within approved budget and in accordance with approval scope and specification.
Construction Management and performance Control
- Provide leadership and oversight to technical managers, project managers, construction team and contractors
- Monitor and evaluate project performance against schedule, cost, quality, safety
- Identify delays, cost overruns or performance gaps and implements corrective actions
Design coordination and technical Leadership
- Collaborate closely with internal and external design consultants to ensure
- Design meets project objective
- Constructability and cost efficiency
- Compliance with regulations and standard
About You
Qualification
- MA/BA in civil Engineering or related
Experience
- 10 -14 years related experience
