Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Group or all business units marketing Functions
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing Strategy and initiatives.
  • Lead the development of market segmentation framework, definition of market segments and specific marketing mix and align with Sales team to set sales programs appropriate to each segment.
  • Monitor the development and implementation of an integrated marketing communications and public relations programs comprising media advertising, Social Media .Digital marketing, publicity programs, events and other elements and track their effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic insight on market, stakeholder and customer requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise wide marketing, customer experience, strategy and polices.
  • Oversee the development of innovative marketing mix and initiatives aligned with the needs of target customers.
  • Work closely with all business units Sales team align with to assist on designing and execution of customer and product/ service strategy and plan.
  • Communicate and engage stakeholders to enable strategy execution.
  • Lead the development of media relations plan, company protocols, and manage their implementation.
  • Manage business unit dedicated capabilities on marketing, sales and customer relationship for enterprise wide practice standardization and knowledge sharing (Community of Practice).
  • Set company communication policy; identify relevant internal communication channels, develop and cascade/disseminate internal communication message.
  • Manage community development and engagement programs and over the group CSR [Corporate Social responsibility] function.
  •   Keep track of important marketing research, marketing intelligence data and information both in hard copy and softcopy
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used for intended audience.
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect the Company’s brand.
  • Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), create original content etc.
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications and channels.
  • Direct the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and improve the operations of the Marketing function.
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing communications and public relations programs comprising media advertising, publicity programs, events and other elements and track their effectiveness.
  • Oversee translation of creative briefs into advertising campaigns, media placement and purchasing, packaging art, website content, and track effectiveness of campaigns and align campaigns with product and brand goals.
  • Develop a procedure and enforce application of the Company’s brand (logo, colors etc.) for use on all premises and promotional items.
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategy under the direction of the his /her line manager
  • Prepare draft of Company’s social media strategy and policies that capitalize on publicity opportunities via social media channels and submit to his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Oversee e-marketing campaigns, including producing, writing and distributing Company’s e-newsletters and suggest other best e-commerce initiatives.
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations, corporate newsletter, social media contents, and speech proposals.
  • Optimize print, social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, and brand exposure.
  • Develop and distribute releases to the full range of media outlets including national and regional TV, radio and print and proactively seek media opportunities that support the company’s and campaign objectives.
  • Support campaign and organization spokespeople through the development of media messaging, briefing notes and act as a media spokesperson when required.
  • In consultation with relevant campaign coordinators, oversee the development and running of campaign launch and media sites.
  • Follow up advertising agencies’ campaign implementation and performance against agreed campaign activity.
  • Write and edit copy for a range of print promotional materials and publications including annual magazines, institutional profiles, adverts, online tools, promotional flyer
  • Align with Corporate HR Hire, train, and supervise volunteers and support staff required for events and campaigns.
  • Meet with sponsors and organizing committees to plan scope and format of events, to establish and monitor budgets, or to review administrative procedures and event progress.
  • Negotiate contracts with such service providers and suppliers as hotels, convention centers, etc.
  • Maintain records of event and all other marketing function aspects, including financial details.
  • Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations to determine how future events could be improved.
  • Translate the Company’s brand policies and strategy into operational standards and guidelines and ensure their consistent application in the business units.
  • Monitor each business unit brand building activities including exhibitions, trade-fairs and like.
  • Monitor brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection are increasing.
  • Identify new brand identity needs of the business units and address accordingly.
  • Develop, approve and monitor the Functions budgets.
  • Develop policies and procedures for the Function and lead in their implementation and continuous review.
  • Support the development of Supervisors through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.
  • Oversee the systematic identification of skill and competency requirements for the Organization.
  • Manage disciplinary concerns emerged at department level consultation with Group HR and his/her line manager.
  • Represent the function in internal /external relationships.
  • Take part in departmental decision-making process.
  •  Compile report for management showing results.
  • Manager other duties assigned by his /her line manager

  • MA/BA in Marketing management, business Management.
  • Minimum of 8/10 years’ experience in human resource management, which at least 4/6 years’ experience at a senior level
