Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target companies that regularly ship goods, including manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, importers, forwarders, and NGOs.
- Research potential clients across industries like FMCG, construction, agriculture, retail, and manufacturing.
- Approach transportation providers, including independent truck owners and fleet operators, to register and integrate them into our network.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in logistics, procurement, and operations teams.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for both corporate accounts and transporter sign-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and Shipments.
- Collaborate with operations and customer support to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights to improve our value proposition.
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight, transport, or enterprise software.
- Strong networking skills and a robust understanding of how to approach corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
