Job Summary:
The Creative Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of all brand communication and creative marketing activities. This role combines content writing, content creation, and campaign management with leadership of the creative team. The manager will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials are engaging, consistent with the brand, and support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Creative Development
- Lead content writing, editing, and storytelling for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other platforms.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality videos, graphics, and other creative materials.
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand identity and growth objectives.
- Ensure consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
Team Leadership & Production
- Manage and guide a creative team of videographers, graphic designers, Social media manager, and production staff.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor deadlines for content and design projects.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of creative output.
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products and the brand.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales teams to align creative work with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on market and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Brand Communication & Collaboration
- Ensure strong brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for campaigns and content.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all materials reflect company standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Introduce innovative approaches to content creation and marketing production.
- Explore new formats, channels, and creative trends to engage audiences.
- Recommend tools, resources, or workflows to enhance the creative process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content creation, creative marketing, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in leading creative teams (videographers, graphic designers, or production staff).
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
