About the Job
  1. Recruit potential customers by recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally.
  2. Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services.
  3. Establish new customer accounts, recording account information on written forms or digitally.
  4. Listen to customer concerns and complaints to identify the causes of the problem.
  5. Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them.
  6. Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary.
  7. Maintain and regularly update financial account information using computer software programs.
  8. Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services.
  9. The position holder supervises and supports the workers under him; and performs the annual objective setting and evaluations as per the Human resource manual and other internal SOPs.
About You

Degree in business administration, Management with 4 years direct experience in customer service.
