Job Summary

Under close supervision, assists customers in filing out various forms; provides front line operations including account opening, local transfer, international money transfer, cash operations and other frontline banking operations; issues passbooks and cheque books to customers; keeps custody of customers’ specimen signature cards; initials deposit and withdrawal vouchers to verify accuracy of signatures. Identify payees of negotiable instruments; approves transactions when assigned as checker; answer customers enquiries; maintains fast, reliable and customer approached banking service; serves the bank customers as maker and checker.

About You

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

  • Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
