About the Job

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide excellent support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Fluency in Afan Oromo (Oromifa) is required to effectively support customers across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, or escalate when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved, and satisfaction is achieved
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and service level standards
  • Contribute to improving customer support processes and customer experience

About You
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or call center roles
  • Fluency in Afan Oromo (Oromifa) is required
  • Good communication skills in Amharic and English are preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and calmly
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
