Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will work across various online platforms, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to achieve key business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ad platforms.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute segmented email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional blasts, and automated workflows.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
  • Display Advertising: Manage display and retargeting campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging written, image, and video content for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Optimize the user funnel, landing pages, and overall user experience to improve conversion rates.

2. Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

3. Collaboration and Project Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, sales, product) to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (boosting)
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are executed on time and within scope.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
About You

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with demonstrably successful experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media insights).
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and A/B testing tools.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.

Soft Skills (Interpersonal & Behavioral)

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and written storytelling skills for creating compelling content.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years and above proven working experience in a digital marketing role
  • Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) is highly desirable.
