Job Summary
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role oversees the daily operation of the e-commerce platform, develops online marketing strategies, improves customer experience, and ensures sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website and online stores
- Develop and execute online sales and digital marketing strategies
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability
- Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior
- Coordinate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
- Handle customer feedback, reviews, and online inquiries
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 4 year and above Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
