Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise IT Infrastructure Solution Sales Director to lead our sales efforts targeting large enterprise clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure (data centers, cloud, networking, storage, compute, security), and the ability to engage VP-level executives in strategic discussions about digital transformation.
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, leading a high-performance sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets across enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in the enterprise IT infrastructure space.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within target enterprise accounts.
- Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
- Lead complex solution sales cycles involving hardware, software, cloud, and managed services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (COO, VPs) on IT modernization, cloud strategy, and digital transformation.
- Work closely with technical architects, pre-sales engineers, and delivery teams to craft customer-centric solutions.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Build long-term client relationships by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and solution adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and strategic partners to align offerings and improve positioning.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains, including cloud (public/private/hybrid), networking, storage, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling to enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience in managing strategic accounts and large-scale, multi-product solution deals.

- Executive presence and ability to communicate value at CxOs and VPs level.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales management tool
